Frequently Asked Questions

As a potential customer, and user of heat shrink labels, it would be beneficial for you to take a moment and think about the following questions before you start:

1. What type of container are you considering the seal or closure for? (i.e. bottle, jar, box)
2. Are you going to cover the whole bottle or just the top? This will help us to determine the type of shrink labels to be designed.
3. Will you be sealing more than one product together? If so this is what we call a Promotional Multi-Pack Band.
4. Can you send us a sample of the product to be sealed? This is the best way to insure that your product can be measured and sealed properly. We will size it for you, free of charge, seal it and send it back with few samples for your trials.
5. How will you be shrinking the seals, bands, and/or film? With a hand held heat gun or automatic shrink tunnel equipment?
6. How about a perforation (a perf or die cut allowing easier removal) on your product's seal? Vertical or Horizontal? Single or Double, or how about a Notch Tab?
7. What quantity should you order? What type of film should you use? How should you seal it? We can help you answer these questions and more...
